The Framework Agreement will cover, but not be limited to, the following Goods/Services: •Active Fire Protection: Fire Alarm and detection systems, Suppression Systems (including sprinklers), Emergency Lighting. This Lot is for the supply, installation, maintenance and testing of fire safety equipment, this would include the following but is not limited to: •Evacuation chairs •Extinguisher stands •Fire blankets •Fire buckets •Fire compliant storage solutions for E-scooters/ E-bikes •Fire doors and shutters •Fire extinguishers; water, powder, gas, foam and wet chemical •Fire fighting foam equipment and nozzles •Fire hoses •Fire marshal kits •Fire safety log books •Fire signs To reflect the differing technical requirements and specialist nature of certain Services, Lot 2 has been divided into the following Sub-Lots: Sub-Lot 2a – Active Fire Protection Systems and Suppression Solutions This Sub-Lot covers the provision of core active fire detection and suppression systems and associated services, primarily within internal or built environments.

The scope includes the design, supply, installation, commissioning, inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance, repair, and replacement of systems intended to detect, control, or suppress fire. To include, but not limited to: •Fire detection and alarm systems (including addressable and conventional systems) •Emergency lighting systems •Fixed sprinkler systems •Fixed fire suppression systems (including gas, foam, and water mist systems) •Control panels, detection devices, and associated system components In addition, this Sub-Lot includes the provision of: •Portable and temporary fire suppression systems, including portable sprinkler systems for internal use, where required to: omaintain fire protection during system outages or refurbishment works; oprovide interim compliance solutions; osupport rapid deployment in response to elevated fire risk Sub-Lot 2b – Wildfire/ Outdoor Fire Suppression This Sub-Lot is for the supply of specialist wildfire equipment, including the following but not limited to: •Backpack pumps •Fire beater •Fire hoses and nozzles •Fire sand •Floating pumps •Hose reels and couplings, adaptors and fittings •Portable fire pumps and accessories •Wildfire shovels and rakes

Suppliers must deliver compliant solutions in line with legislation, tested systems, and manufacturer requirements, supporting both new and existing building fabric.

This Lot covers the survey, design (where applicable), supply, installation, inspection, maintenance, testing, certification, and remediation of passive fire protection systems. Includes: •Compartmentation & Fire Stopping: fire stopping, cavity barriers, sealing systems, and compartmentation surveys/remediation •Fire Doors & Openings: installation, inspection, maintenance, and replacement of fire doors, doorsets, ironmongery, and fire rated glazing •Structural Protection: intumescent coatings, fireproofing boards, and protection of structural elements •Materials & Compliance: installation of certified fire rated materials in accordance with tested systems and third party accreditation •Inspection & Certification: surveys, reporting, compliance certification, and digital record keeping •Associated Works: remedial works and integration with building fabric to support fire safety compliance

This Lot covers the provision of independent fire safety consultancy services, including risk assessment, advisory, inspection, auditing, and training. Suppliers must deliver competent, compliant, and auditable services in line with relevant legislation and recognised methodologies, supporting both standalone assessments and ongoing compliance management. Includes: •Fire Risk Assessments: Type 1–4 FRAs in accordance with PAS 79 (or equivalent), including reporting and action plans •Inspection & Surveys: fire door inspections, compartmentation surveys, and compliance audits •Fire Strategy & Advisory: fire strategies, design review, and regulatory compliance advice (e.g. Building Safety Act) •Training: fire awareness, fire marshal, and client specific safety training •Compliance & Reporting: detailed reports, prioritised action plans, and audit trails •Independent Assurance: separation from installation/remedial works to avoid conflicts of interest
