Overview
Ashford Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors, for improvement works to a number of dwellings in its housing stock. The proposed work comprises the careful cutting and removal of concrete sectional guttering.
Following the removal works, the eaves will be adapted and a traditional eaves detail will be constructed. The identified dwellings are located in close proximity to each other in the South Ashford area.
