Overview
The FCA is establishing a framework for the provision of legal services for a four-year period, to take effect from April 2025. The Framework will consist of two Lots: Lot 1 – Public Sector Law Lot 2 – Corporate & Commercial Legal Services
Lot 2 covers the FCA's Corporate and Commercial Legal Services requirements as follows: Corporate and Commercial Corporate Governance & Responsibility Dispute Resolution / Litigation Employment / Health & Safety Environmental Information Technology (including Artificial Intelligence (AI)), Data & Cyber Intellectual Property & Media Pensions Real Estates & Facilities Tax & Accounting. Additional information: Please note the values provided in Section V Award of Contract is the total estimated value of the Lot.
Lot 1 covers the FCA's public sector law requirements as follows: Accountability & Audit/Risk EU & International Financial Services/ FSMA Human Rights & Civil Liberties Policy & Process Procurement & Outsourcing Payment Services & Systems Public Law Litigation / Judicial Review / Regulatory Failure Investigations Competition Insolvency and recovery advice.
