Overview
Bristol City Council is looking for experienced contractors to carry out external communal maintenance repairs and painting to properties that are on the Cyclical Maintenance Programmes. This will be a range of properties managed by Housing & Landlord Services.
There will be two sessions, which will include an introduction of the project, explain the type of work involved, the procurement process and opportunity for suppliers to as questions: Morning Session - Registration will commence at 10:00am for a 10:30am start. Afternoon Session - Registration will commence at 1:00pm for a 1:30pm start. Places will be strictly limited to two people per organisation.
