Key points for consideration for interested providers are:- • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to mobilise to service provision within a short time frame. • Requires recruitment to GP positions as the two current partners are to resign and retire respectively.

During the caretaking arrangement, it is envisaged that the long term future of the service will be determined through public consultation and, depending on the outcome of the consultation; a possible re-procurement will be undertaken. The identified provider will have the option to continue to provide services from this premise and should note the premise is not part of the NHS estate.

The practice was inspected by the CQC in December 2015 and was given an overall rating of "Requires Improvement". They also received a rating of Requires Improvement for the following areas: • Safe • Effective • Well- Led Please follow link to view the CQC Report: http://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-546246071 The practice was also re-inspected by CQC in November 2016 and requirement notices and enforcement actions were issued.
