Overview
Gosport Borough Council are organising a series of events in the Lawrence Square area of Gosport High Street on 3 consecutive Saturdays - Saturday 5th, Saturday 12th and Saturday 19th December 2026. We would like to hear from you if you are able to provide entertainment/activities between the hours of 10am and 3pm (exact timings to be confirmed depending on what is available).
Please note we are looking for activities/performers and not overall event management. The type of acts we are looking for are as below:
Street Entertainment such as story teller, dancer, stilt walkers, jugglers cheerleaders etc, novelty characters Children’s rides such as merry-go-round or go-karts

Whatever you are offering should be free of charge to the public and this should be taken into account with your pricing. Gosport Borough Council will require Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments from all acts.
