EV076 Killingworth Sustainable Retrofit Project Sub-Contractor Packages- Block A 21. Design, Manufacture & Supply of Doorsets

The Authority has secured funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the Killingworth Site Sustainable Retrofit project. This project is a combination of refurbishment and replacement of the existing office accommodation, workshop, welfare and other facilities on the site ensuring it 'future proofs' its operations, with energy efficiency and functionality as the key principles using a range of energy efficient systems, alongside energy generation and energy storage/distribution solutions to support a move to an electronic powered operational fleet.

This procurement opportunity relates specifically to Design, Manufacture & Supply of Doorsets. North Tyneside Council will be the Principal Contractor for the project therefore tenderers should note that they will be working in the capacity of Sub-Contractor.

Tenderers will be required to confirm that they will comply will the Authority's minimum standards in relation to health & safety and mandatory training requirements. All operatives must hold CSCS cards, relevant training certification and any other trade/task specific relevant qualifications.

This package is programmed to be completed from 01/06/2020 (for 8 weeks) All packages are expected to be completed by: 30/09/2020.
