Overview
The following Environmental Services are being procured via a 'Competitive Procedure with Negotiation' route under the following Lots. The Council will facilitate the opportunity for tenderers to provide discounts across the 4 Lots and the other soon to be published tenders as noted above. As these are long term services, the Council will make provision for anticipated changes and change control.
