Overview
Transport for Wales (TfW) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the procurement of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) System.The solution will support a modern, integrated approach to identifying, recording, assessing and managing risks, opportunities, issues, controls and actions across strategic, operational, portfolio, programme and project levels. The system is expected to include capabilities such as configurable workflows, risk escalation, reporting and dashboards, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and analytics, Quantified Risk Analysis (QRA), AI-enabled insights and automation, alerts and notifications, document management, application programming interfaces (APIs), Microsoft 365 and other system integrations, robust security and hosting arrangements, and an intuitive user experience.This engagement will help TfW understand current market capabilities, emerging technologies, implementation approaches, support models, commercial arrangements and indicative implementation timescales.Engagement will be undertaken initially through a supplier questionnaire, with potential follow-up discussions with selected suppliers if required. Any such discussions will be at TfW's discretion and participation in this engagement does not imply selection for, or progression to, any subsequent stage of a procurement process.
