CITB wishes to procure research to support its programme of Employee Engagement from 2015 to 2018. It is anticipated that this research will take the following form, a full staff census survey every other year combined with other support work in the between census survey years:
- 2015 – Planning and support work
- 2016 – CITB census employee satisfaction survey
- 2017 – Support work
- 2018 – CITB census employee satisfaction survey
