Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Property Repairs, Maintenance and Inspection Services

Arun District Council has established a Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) for the Provision of Property Repairs, Maintenance and Inspection Services across its Asset Management requirements predominantly for housing works. The DPS for the Provision of Property Repairs, Maintenance and Inspection Services commenced on 12th June 2023 and will be for an initial period 4 years with the option to extend for a further 3 years.

From 12th June 2023 onwards an application can be submitted at anytime up until 11th June 2027. How to obtain the Tender Documents Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire.

The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'Tenders' then 'Current' and ‘View Details’ on the relevant tender advert and clicking the ‘Express Interest’ tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs, namely ‘Tender’, ‘ITT – documents’, ‘Correspondence’, ‘Clarifications’ and ‘History’.

Select the 2nd tab (ITT - documents) where you will find useful information under ‘Tender Details’. Continue to scroll down to the heading ‘Tender Documents Received’ where you will be able to view / download the documents.

Please download all the documents and read very carefully. Lot Status Submitting and Opting Out Please click on the 'NO' button to opt out of the Category/lot(s) you do NOT wish to apply for.

Category 1 – Compliance Inspections Services and Works Category 2 – Electrical Services Category 3 – Heating Services (Non-Electrical) Category 4 – Roofing and Roofline Works Category 5 – Plumbing and Drainage Works Category 6 – Lift Works Category 7 – Cyclical Services Category 8 – Clearance, Cleaning and Estate Services Category 9 – External Construction Works Category 10 – Internal Construction Works Category 11 – Technical and Specialist Services Category 12 – Call Centre and Tenant Liaison Services The functionality to select 'Yes' or 'No' i.e., opt in or out of the different Category/lot(s) will be available throughout the duration of the tender process. You can choose to select 'Yes' i.e., opt in at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to select 'No' for a category/lot.

The ‘Opt Out’ functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process. Opting out will give you the option of declaring you no longer want to receive any further communication in relation to this tender along with the opportunity of providing comments and feedback for this decision.

You can choose to ‘Opt In’ at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to ‘Opt Out’.
