Overview
Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Passenger Transport Services 2023-2033. The DPS commenced on 1st April 2023 and will be for a period of ten years.
From 1st April 2023 onwards an application can be submitted at any time up until 31st March 2033. How to obtain the Tender Documents The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting ‘View Details’ on the relevant tender advert and clicking the ‘Express Interest’ tab.
Once in the tender there are five tabs – ‘Tender’, ‘DPS – documents’, ‘Correspondence’, ‘Clarifications’ and ‘History’. Select the 2nd tab (DPS- documents) where you will find useful information under ‘Tender Details’ continue to scroll down to the heading ‘Tender Documents Received’ where you will be able to view / download the documents.
Submission
Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested.

Please download all the documents and read very carefully. Please note you are required to ‘Opt In’ before you can access the ‘My tender Return’ to start populating your response & view the licence Category & Flag questionnaires.
IMPORTANT - Suppliers are asked to watch the short video on how to use the In-Tend questionnaire(s) and in particular how to select the licence Category and Flag questions before answering the Selection Questionnaire(s). The video can be viewed via the 'Synopsis' button on the 'Tender' tab of this project or via the 'Information for Suppliers' button.
Lot Status Submitting and Opting Out Please click on the 'No' button to opt out of the lot(s) / Category and Flag options you do not wish to apply for. The functionality to select 'Yes' or 'No' i.e., opt in or out of the different lot(s) / Category and Flags will be available throughout the duration of the tender process.
You can choose to select 'Yes' i.e., opt in at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to select 'No' for a Category and Flag. Further Guidance In addition, guidance on how to participate in a tender – download and upload documents / returns and if required, register your company (free of charge), can be found on the In-tend site under the ‘Help’ or ‘Information for Suppliers’ buttons.
