Dynamic Purchasing System for the Delivery of Holiday Activity Food Programmes and Early Help Services

Together for Children are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Delivery of Holiday Activity Food Programmes and associated Early Help Services which include physical activities, hot meals, recipe boxes, family essential boxes and hot and cold food for events for Children, Young people and their families in Sunderland. Please note that this an open opportunity for Providers to participate however, priority may be applied at the call for competition stage to providers who are based within and deliver in venues within the City of Sunderland.

Providers seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents. The DPS will include 3 Lots. Providers can submit a Participation Request for one or more of the Lots as detailed below: • Lot 1 – Holiday, Activity and Food Programmes (HAF) • Lot 2 – Hot & Cold Meals Provision • Lot 3 – Family Food Recipe Box & Food Box Provision Please ensure you read the DPS documents in full including the instructions document.
