Overview
The Council has previously procured the majority of Open Spaces Contracts via one-off contracts, this is to be replaced with a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), which ensures fair, transparent and non-discriminatory competition to potential Contractors who pass the exclusion criteria and meet the selection criteria as published. The ‘call off’ contracts that will be established under the Dynamic Purchasing System will be awarded following a further call off process.
