Overview
The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Major and Minor Construction Works (2025) provides a broad range of major and minor construction works to support ENP Members/Licensees. These works include various installation works, responsive repairs works, maintenance works and new build works, predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees.
Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Lots are:-- Lot 1 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems (may include Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements)- Lot 2 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems- Lot 3 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Materials- Lot 4 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Rendering and Plasterwork- Lot 5 Undertaking of Remedial Damp Works and Associated Repair/Replacement Works (may include Damp Surveys and/or Remediation Surveys)- Lot 6 Gardening and Grounds Maintenance (may include Commercial Cleaning)- Lot 7 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing- Lot 8 Minor Civil Engineering (including but not limited to Retaining Walls, Drainage, Paths, Paving and Tarmac)- Lot 9 General Building Works (including but not limited to Remodelling, Refurbishment and Small Extensions)- Lot 10 Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Ironmongery/Seals to Doors and Windows- Lot 11 Replacement of Glazing- Lot 12 Drainage Maintenance and Repair Work (including but not limited to drainage surveys, flushing and relining work)- Lot 13 Pitched Roofing Replacements including Roofline- Lot 14 Pitched Roofing Repairs including Roofline- Lot 15 Flat Roofing Repairs and Replacements- Lot 16 Roofline Replacements- Lot 17 Voids Clean (may include Clearing)- Lot 18 Voids Clear (may include Cleaning)- Lot 19 New Build Homes
