The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Compliance Works (2025) provides a range of statutory compliance works to support ENP Members/Licensees.These works are predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees.Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.The Lots are:-- Lot 1 Servicing and/or Repair of Air Source Heat Pumps- Lot 2 Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps- Lot 3 Servicing and/or Repair of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV)- Lot 4 Installation of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV)- Lot 5 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Lightning Protection, Surge Protection and Earthing Systems- Lot 6 Water Hygiene Works (including Water System Management and Services, Water Treatment Equipment and Products and Legionella Risk Assessment)- Lot 7 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Sprinkler Systems Works- Lot 8 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Fire Compartmentation Works- Lot 9 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Fire Alarm Systems Works- Lot 10 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Portable Fire Fighting Equipment Works- Lot 11 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Security Systems including CCTV and Access Controlled Entry Works- Lot 12 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Warden Call Systems Works- Lot 13 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Intruder Alarm Systems- Lot 14 Portable Appliance Testing- Lot 15 Installation, Refurbishment, Servicing and Maintenance to Lifts, Stairlifts and Personal Lifting Equipment
