Magenta Living is the largest registered housing provider in Wirral and a not-for-profit organisation, owning and managing just under 13,000 properties. Employing around 500 staff, we are a significant local employer demonstrated by Investors in People Gold standard and retaining our Customer Service Excellence certificate.
Magenta Living has a requirement for domestic window cleaning works to it's
- communal areas located at its low-rise blocks of flats and individual units as identified in Schedule A;
- communal areas of its high rise blocks as identified in Schedule B and;
- individual flats and supported tenanted properties as identified in Schedule C. Please note there is also a requirement for cleaning to the external doors and windows in the communal staircases at one of Magenta Living's low-rise blocks of flats, Apollo Court. Details can also be found in Schedule C.
