This is an opportunity to tender for the Day and Evening Services for the London Borough of Hackney. Please note that this Dynamic Purchasing System is a rolling DPS, which means that there is no deadline for submission before 30 April 2026.

Providers can bid for one or both of these lots:1. Building Based provisions2.

Community Integrated, Peripatetic, ActivitiesThe bid to be on the DPS will include a Selection Questionnaire and an Invitation to Tender. You will be required to complete the following in order for your bid to be considered:Selection Questionnaire - to be completed via ProActis02.

Method Statement Response - x4 quality questions to be answered and submitted as an attachment 02. Provider Onboarding Form - to be completed via Google Form03.

Pricing Schedule - to be completed and submitted as an attachment04. Form of Tender - to be signed and submitted as an attachment05.

Tendering Certificates - to be signed and submitted as an attachmentIf bidders do not meet the criteria within the Selection Questionnaire, then their bid response to the ITT Method Statement Questions will not be considered.In order to be successful at the Selection Questionnaire stage, bidders will be asked to complete the mandatory questionnaire and will be required to have the following: Insurance Cover (£5m - Public Liability / £2m - Professional Indemnity / £5m - Employers Liability)Enhanced DBS check on all relevant staff members working on the contractHealth & Safety policySafeguarding policy London Living Wage paid to all staff members working on the contractBidders will be asked to detail x3 similar contracts and provide references for these. Please note: this is not a requirement to pass or fail the Selection Questionnaire.
