Detailed description: The Service will provide a flexible mix of dispersed and scheme-based accommodation, with trauma-informed, strengths-based support that promotes stability, independence and successful move-on into settled housing.
The Service forms part of Sheffield's wider homelessness pathway and supports a planned reduction in reliance on larger hostel-based provision. The Service will provide safe, dispersed, single occupancy accommodation with flexible, trauma-informed and inclusive support, helping people build independence and move on successfully into settled housing. The service will focus on stabilisation, sustainment of accommodation, access to wider support, independence and move on to settled housing.
