Overview
Torbay Council is embarking on an exciting programme to develop new children's residential homes within Torbay. We are seeking to work alongside experienced Ofsted-registered Children’s home providers to develop new local residential provision that enables children and young people to remain closer to their families, communities and support networks.
We recognise the significant expertise, experience and innovation that residential care providers bring and we are keen to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with organisations that share our ambition to create high-quality homes where children feel safe, supported, valued and able to thrive. To access amendable versions of the documents included in the Advert, and to subsequently submit your bid, you will need to register an interest in the opportunity. Once you’ve registered an interest the opportunities will appear in the ‘My Activities‘ tab.
If you click on the opportunity you will be taken to a new screen where you can download the Word/Excel format documents, complete them and submit your response. Further guidance can be found in Appendix A ProContract User Guide.
