Through this market engagement, the Authority wishes to better understand: • The level of market interest in delivering the proposed service. • Opportunities for partnership, consortium or alliance-based delivery. • Effective approaches to triage, referral management and prioritisation. • The capacity of providers to deliver preventative and early intervention support. • Risks, challenges and dependencies that should be considered within any future procurement. The Authority is interested in feedback on a range of potential delivery approaches, including: • A single lead accredited provider model. • A consortium or partnership model involving multiple organisations with capacity building to support a quality standard of advice. • Community-based triage and navigation functions. • Models that build capacity within the wider voluntary and community sector through training, resources and responsive referral pathways. The Authority welcomes feedback on alternative approaches that may better achieve the desired outcomes and improve access, resilience and wellbeing for residents.
