Overview

Oxfordshire County Council is commissioning two purpose-built supported living schemes for people with complex needs. The schemes are being developed on separate sites at Old Place Yard and Hanwell Fields, in partnership with Cherwell District Council.

Each scheme has 6 self-contained units for Autism and 5 self-contained units for Physical Disability - a total of 22 units. Some of the people are currently placed in out-of-county care homes. Others are either in hospital or in specialist schools.
