Overview
The Council seeks to appoint a Single Provider under a Framework Agreement for comprehensive marketing campaign services that achieve measurable, sustained behaviour change supporting the Council’s Public Health priorities. The framework agreement will commence on 01 December 2026 for a period of two years to 30 November 2028, with the option to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month extension periods (2+1+1).
