Overview
CP1329-16 Supporting Independence contract consists of 2 lots. Each lot will operate over the administrative area of Devon County Council and each lot will be split into 8 further sub-lots or zones, hereby known as Zones.
Each lot will have it's individual Open Framework agreement and will have subsequent Entry Points after the initial Contract Duration. The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement.
Framework agreement with several operators. There are 3 possible extension periods available.

Extension Period 1 = 12 months, Extension Period 2 = 12 months and Extension Period 3 = 12 months. Including the above (initial) duration of the framework this makes the maximum possible framework duration 48 months.
