Overview
Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest within the market place for the provision of Carers Services to Adult Carers, Young Carers and Carers in transition (16 to 25 years of age). This market assessment is not part of any procurement process.
It is purely investigatory in nature, although it may be used to assist the Council in defining a work programme and assisting in developing this service. Participation of this soft market assessment will not prejudice suppliers participating in any future procurement.

The Council is looking for a supplier/s who will work with them to develop quality services that offer flexibility, are responsive, innovative and will assist Carers to meet the strategic outcomes it has defined.
