Overview
Lincolnshire County Council is looking for expressions of interest from Suppliers who are able to provide a fully permitted / licenced and staffed Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) situated within the Horncastle and Coningsby area of Lincolnshire. The Supplier is also to provide the management of this HWRC. The Suppliers proposed HWRC must be fully operational with all staff, licences, permits and permissions in place for the Contract commencement date of 1st April 2019.
Eligibility & compliance
The Supplier shall be expected to retain and make arrangements for the disposal of some waste streams.

Expressions of interest shall be submitted via the ProContract Due North portal no later than 12th September 2019 at 12:00 noon.
