The properties have been vacant for a short period of time and following the completion of a full structural survey and the production of a specification of works in respect of each property, the Council now requires that a provider project manage the schedule of works to complete the refurbishments to bring the properties back into use in as short a timescale as possible. The Council will review the financial criteria and experience noted on that form. Although the tender is stated as 'Lowest Price' that is for companies meeting the PAS91 critera and having the right experience, financial standing etc from the documents.
