Overview

Consultancy required for providing key specialist financial advice on the Thames Tideway Tunnel project, to manage risks to Government through the Government Support Package (GSP) signed with the project's Infrastructure Provider (IP). In particular, advice on risks posed to the taxpayer by IP financial decisions, advice on actions Government could take to reduce risk of calls on the GSP, and advice on hedging transactions and costs.
