Overview
Southend on Sea Borough Council require a Conservation Architect Lead Design Team for Internal layout and M+E installation for a Heritage Centre at Carriage/Wagon Shed Shoebury Garrison (Grade 2 listed). The architect leading must be registered on the RIBA conservation register as a conservation architect.
Please find attached the design brief and pricing document. The quotation return date is 14th January 2016 and the successful Conservation Architect will be appointed on the 15th January 2016 to ensure technical design completion by 31st March 2016..
