By procuring 526 Dell Latitude 14 Plus devices with advanced specifications and five-year ProSupport, the Health Board addresses critical operational gaps, mitigates risk of service disruption, and enables readiness for integrated digital care delivery.

Direct award to Dell via CCS Framework RM6098:2 Due to the project-specific nature of the task, D&HI department are looking to directly award a contract to Dell for the replacement of legacy mobile working devices within Mental Health and Community services.

The RM6098 framework permits direct award where it is deemed appropriate for the requirement, provided internal governance and value-for-money checks were completed.
