Addresses the specific health inequalities experienced by Black Caribbean, Black African and Asian population groups who historically demonstrate low screening uptake, late presentation of medical conditions, and experience poorer health outcomes compared to the overall population 2. Providing an accessible, trusted, and high-quality placed-based service in convenient settings that are designed to focus on the needs of local people 7.
Working with the community and connecting with the voice of lived experience to shape this service 8. Identifying some of the common factors that people value and what matters to communities within ICE 9.
Supporting people with Long-term conditions (LTCs) to manage their own health. 10. Consider people's language rights, focus on improving health literacy that is culturally appropriate and inclusive, also promoting local translation and interpreting services. 11.
