Children and Young People Placements Tender:- Lot 1) Residential Care for Children and Young People- Lot 2) Fostering Placements for Children and Young People- Lot 3) Individual Specialist Educational PlacementsThis tender concerns establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The DPS will be the primarymethod for the Council to source placements for the duration of this 10 year (subject to break clauses) DPSagreement.
The DPS will also allow new providers to be added during the lifetime of the system.Update 30/10/2019Council’s Children and Young People Placements for Residential and Fostering, and, Special Educational Needs DPS remains open to new providers until its termination date (31st March 2030).As you may be aware, the initial tender has now closed and the bids are currently being evaluated. However, as the DPS remains open, potential providers can submit a bid at any time throughout the DPS period and we will welcome a submission from you. Any tender submission to join the DPS received outside of the initial tender period will be evaluated within 10 working days, unless otherwise notified by the Council.
