Overview
FCDO are exploring the opportunity to deliver cladding works and potentially wider refurbishment at our Embassy in Manila. The scope is under review and will evolve following further surveys.
We are therefore looking to commission a PSP for this project to undertake RIBA Stages 2-7. The building is located at 120 Upper Mckinley Road, 1200 Makati City Metro, Manila The building is occupied (c200 staff) and operational, requiring careful planning for phasing, security and safety.
Currently JLL are carrying out a condition survey of the cladding. The outcome of this will: Establish key failures, root cause of failure, and end of life condition for existing installation/system.
