The Council are working together with local partners to organise a careers and employment event aimed at young people and adults looking for employment. We need an expert event management company and marketing agency that can provide professional support to deliver a successful event and to meet the event objectives.

Help and support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.

Last day for receiving questions on the In-Tend system: 02/08/2018. Please view the 'Clarification' tab for any updates or responses to questions asked.

Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 08/08/2018 Quotations received after that time will be excluded. Target contract commencement date: 13/08/2018 Length of contract: Post event Wednesday, 28/11/2018
