Overview
A Professional is required to provide expert advice to Central Bedfordshire Council building a new repairs delivery model starting with procurement of its repairs, voids and cyclical housing contracts. The options appraisal is complete with a Joint Venture as the most suitable option to meet our requirements closely followed by a partnership arrangement under an open book contracting arrangement.
Advice regarding best practice, route to market and a good knowledge of these two contracting options is required to drive the procurement process to completion. The successful consultancy will be expected to regularly meet with council officers and stakeholders and advice on the contracting arrangements and procurement process.
