LTHW Heating pipework and natural gas infrastructure upgrade.
Works as described within appended Mechanical Specification and drawings; overview of works below:
- Replacement of the existing underground heating pipework within the main building
- Installation of new radiators
- Modifications to the existing heating flow and return headers in the plant room
- Upgrading of the existing site gas supply and meters via a specialist sub contractor.
- Modifications to the gas outlet pipework in the Nursery and Swimming Pool
- Draining refilling and water treatment to existing LPHW heating system
- All associated builders work and electrical work
- Commissioning and testing
- Provision of handover information
