OS are seeking a Catering and Hospitality services provider who will provide a full, quality catering provision to Explorer House. OS require a provider that will go above and beyond as part of this provision, using their initiative to enhance their service offering, and not necessarily be governed by the explicit detail within the contract.

The catering provision required is for OS employees, Explorer House tenants and visitors / Business Centre customers. The opening hours of Explorer House are currently 6.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

OS requires the Supplier to provide a full hospitality service as part of the requirements. This includes servicing meetings, conferences and events based at Explorer House for OS, tenants and external customers.
