Cambridge Folk Festival seeks experienced suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of bar services for the 2026 Festival, dates of which are Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 August 2026. The services are divided into multiple lots, as detailed in the RFQ.
Suppliers may submit a quotation for all lots (the full scope of services) or for one or more individual lots. The successful supplier(s) will be required to supply, operate, and manage bar services for the 2026 Festival in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFQ and any resulting contract.

- Main Bar Lot
- Within 20m x 10m marquee. Marquee is used exclusively as a bar. Marquee is provided by the Festival and recharged back to the successful Concessionaire. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
- Summer Drinks Bar Lot
- A bar to fit a space of 5m x 5m, a marquee can be provided and recharged to the successful Concessionaire if required. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
- Gin Bar Lot
- A bar to fit with a max space of 3m x 6m, a marquee can be provided and recharged to the successful Concessionaire if required. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
- Off Sales Lot
- The festival would encourage provision of off-sales, whether this is at the main bar and/or at another location within the campsite confirmed with successful Concessionaire for this lot. Note: Value of sales is unknown.
