The Contractor shall be responsible for the construction of the works which shall comply with:
  • Relevant EC and UK Legislation
  • Relevant British Standards, European Standards, guidance and advice notes, memorandum,
  • codes of practice, CIRIA publications
  • Site Waste Management Regulations 2008
  • The Scope and Site Information for the works as set out in the contract documents. Please refer to the tender pack for the full scope of requirements.
