The partnering arrangement will not alter legal relationships between the parties to the Contract nor relieve any party of its obligations under the Contract. In the spirit of partnering, the Contractor is encouraged to notify the Employer of any errors, omissions or areas of doubt it identifies during the tender period through the prescribed tender query process and to work proactively with the Employer and Project Manager throughout the contract to deliver the Works. The Contractor shall be responsible for the construction of the works which shall comply with:
- Relevant EC and UK Legislation
- Relevant British Standards, European Standards, guidance and advice notes, memorandum,
- codes of practice, CIRIA publications
- Site Waste Management Regulations 2008
- The Scope and Site Information for the works as set out in the contract documents. Please refer to the tender pack for the full scope of requirements.
