Overview
To support efficiency across the Fund, the Procurement Team is proposing central contracts where there is a correlation in services and where value for money can be achieved. The central contracts will provide: • Compliant routes to market reducing the risk of challenge • Ensure that better rates are provided for by the Supplier including possible rebates should the value through the contract reach a certain amount • Compliance with HR requirements • Reduction in the time to market for the procurement of central contract services • Back-office efficiencies Direct award from ESPO 3S-22 Strategic HR Services Framework.
Total Contract term: 12 months + 12 months + 12 months. Total Contract Value: up to and not exceeding 1,000,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT).
Initial 12-month Term Value: 800,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension 1 Value: 100,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension 2 Value: 100,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT).
