Test Valley Borough Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of advertising on our bus shelters and car park ticket machine shelters. The Council is looking to generate an income from the selling of the advertising.
Additional panels may be added over the duration of the contract by mutual agreement. Suitable advertising units must be provided and maintained by the successful bidder.
