General Building Maintenance & Works Tender

Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited (BFL) is procuring contracts for General Building Maintenance Services to be delivered across its housing portfolio. The scope of works will include a range of responsive and minor planned works typically associated with the maintenance and improvement of residential housing stock.

These works may include, but are not limited to: • responsive repairs • void property works and reinstatement • disrepair related works • damp, condensation and mould (DCM) related works • aftercare defect works • enabling and ad-hoc investment works The services will be delivered across multiple geographic regions and will include works undertaken within occupied residential properties, communal areas and external building fabric. One or more suppliers may be appointed per lot.

Further detail regarding the delivery model, contract structure and allocation of work will be provided at PSQ and Invitation to Tender (ITT) stages. Covering the Midlands housing portfolio including Staffordshire, the Marches, the wider West Midlands and extending south towards Northamptonshire and surrounding areas

Covering the western housing portfolio including Bristol, South Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas Covering the far South West housing portfolio including Cornwall and Devon

Covering the South West housing portfolio including Somerset and Dorset Covering the northern area of the East Region from Fenland to South Norfolk, and surrounding areas. Covering the southern area of the East Region from East Cambridgeshire to East Suffolk, and surrounding areas.
