The services may encompass a range of Ecological services to buildings and adjacent grounds, which may include, but are not limited to: ecology surveys and investigations interpretation and reporting preparation of specialist licence applications works supervision and monitoring expert witness general advice Please note consultants qualified on this lot require membership of a Professional body such as Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management or equivalent. The services may encompass a range of civil and structural engineering services to building fabric and adjacent grounds, which may include, but are not limited to: record and monitor progress on the general building works and specialist MEP provide regular reporting to include a diary of events with relevant observations and a record of inspections witness testing interpretation and reporting on works regular supervision of works liaise with other specialist inspectors where required post contract inspection expert witness. Evidence of membership of a Professional body is required such as the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI) or equivalent.
