Overview
Purpose This document sets out a light-touch preliminary market engagement exercise to support Buckinghamshire Council in understanding the range of available social and emotional learning (SEL) programmes that can deliver a scalable, whole-school approach to improving children’s mental health and wellbeing in primary schools. Context This engagement is undertaken in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and associated guidance.
It is intended to inform you of the development of a future service specification and does not constitute a procurement process or commitment to any future contract. Key Principles This engagement will be conducted in line with procurement principles of transparency, equal treatment, and non-discrimination.
All providers will be asked the same questions and given equal opportunity to respond. All questions are Yes/No only and are linked to service requirements around scalability, delivery model, workforce burden, consistency, and measurable impact.
