You join the approved supplier list, then police forces 'call off' work as needed over 8 years. You'll bid once now, but may handle dozens of individual cases later.", "There are 23 separate lots. You don't have to bid for all of them — bid only for services you genuinely offer. Many small forensics businesses will focus on just 1-3 lots (e.g. only mobile data extraction, or only image enhancement).", "Lot 6 (Collection & Delivery) is linked to Lots 2A-E and 4A-J. If you win a data recovery or analysis lot, you may need logistics capability, or you can subcontract this.", "Look carefully at the original OJEU notice (link provided) for the full evaluation criteria, pricing structure, and technical specifications.
