Overview
The HDPR is a bespoke procurement vehicle under the light touch regime effectively operating as a hybrid between a traditional framework and dynamic purchasing system. A full description of the HDPR, how it operates, how to apply and how services will be called off is available in Document 4 of the procurement documentation.
The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its lifespan (4+2 years). There will be a temporary closure period between 5.9.2016 and 16.9.2016 for the development of the master timeline in conjunction with providers who have submitted applications prior to the closure period.
During this time new applications will not be evaluated. The order of call-offs will be determined with reference to the master timeline.
Submission
Application is by way of submitting a completed application form.
