Arborfield Primary (NEW) School Development Scheme

A single stage D & B Contractor is being sought through a restricted OJEU procurement process to undertake detail design and construction of a new 2FE primary school and all weather pitch on the Arborfield Green development in Wokingham Borough. The D & B Contractor will be required to develop the detail design from planning stage, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders and construct the completed facilities, including relevant external works including a 3G pitch by Spring 2020.

Possesion of site by the appointed contractor is expected to be 19th November 2018. The facility must be ready for operator fit out use by 1st June 2020.

The facility must be ready for operator fit out use by 1st June 2020; the contract includes a 12-month defects period, resulting in the contract end date of 31st May 2021.
