The Agri-food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) requires a Supplier to supply and deliver Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (TSE) rapid test kits that are of a test format currently approved by the European Commission in accordance with Regulation (EC) 999/2001 for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies.
