Acivico Ltd, acting on behalf of Birmingham City Council is seeking to appoint organisations for the Design & Construction of New Build Sports Hall, demolitions of existing sports and temporary classroom Minor refurbishment of existing rooms within school. To demolish the existing sports hall and construct and erect a new building in alternative location comprising single storey steel framed building externally enveloped using lightweight insulated cladding system to walls and roofs including lightweight infill framing (SFS) to walls.
