Overview
The Authority currently leases 5 Spencer Parade, Northampton, NN1 5AA, and wishes to refurbish and remodel the premises into 6 temporary accommodation flats. The work will include, but not be limited to, substantial roofing works, internal water damage repairs, new kitchens, flooring, fire doors, painting and decorating, supply and installation of new flooring, electrical and mechanical works, plus other items as listed in the specification and schedule of works.
The building is a listed building and sits within a conservation area. To qualify for participation in this procurement your organisation must have an annual turnover of no less than £1,000,000.
To be considered for this project your organisation must be either based or have an established substantive business operation within the borders of Northampton County. Your organisation must be able to undertake the roles and responsibilities of Principal Contractor as required under CDM regulations 2015.
